A local event-full retreat center wanted to improve their heating efficiency by replacing their exisitng 30 year old boilers. The Cleaver Brooks CFCE was chosen for its robust construction, fully modulating pre-mix burner, and ease of maintenance.

Solution & Results
When the project was completed in the late fall, the customer had installed new boilers, exhaust venting, and direct vent air intake piping. “Life-Cycle” costs on the Cleaver-Brooks Model CFCE are lowest in the Industry for condensing boilers. This project proved that – In the first heating season, the retreat center achieved a fuel savings of 40%!
