School Learns the Advantage of Cleaver-Brooks Boilers

As a part of the 2018 school bond project, a downwriver school district needed to replace older, outdated boilers with high efficiency condensing units.

Equipment Selected

Three (3) Cleaver-Brooks CFLC 4000 Condensing Boilers

Solution & Results

Through careful vetting of boiler manufacturers, the district decided to use Cleaver-Brooks Clearfire Condensing units. They are now benefitting from the new, reliable boilers and improved overall system efficiency, and will be for the next 30 years.

Boiler Tune-Up

Every boiler tune-up comes with a safety check. We examine your operating pressure and/or temperature controls, fuel safety shut-off valves, flame safeguard control and level controls (if applicable), for accurate settings to protect your equipment and ensure safe operating conditions. We will test fire the unit at operating temperature or pressure, allowing the unit to cycle on and off. We will set combustion and check for normal operation of all safety devices.
